For a flat fee you get a custom room design from an experienced designer tailored for your likes, desires and budget Then you can buy what you love with our complimentary purchasing service. You put the room together yourself with your customized Do-It-Yourself Design Guide that shows you how and where to hang pieces with additional invaluable design tips.
How is Room-Fix different than other E-Design services?
At Room-Fix we believe every human being is unique and therefor deserves a unique interior. We always aim to create a space that is uniquely you and will improve the quality of your life. Unlike many of today's big E-Design services, with Room-Fix you get a room designed by an experienced and published interior designer.
How long will my project take?
From the purchase of any FIX, the design process takes 14 days. If you’re doing a multi-room project, you’ll have an additional 7 days per room during the Design Time.
What is a Design Concept Board?
A Design Concept Board has our selected items that create your customized room design. Each design board is itemized with an accompanying page that includes a description of the items.
How does the ordering process / FREE purchase service work?
Instead of handling the ordering yourself and ending up with several different shopping carts and vendors, we handle the purchasing for you. We create an itemized budget for you by shopping for the best retail prices available offering you the best price match guarantee. With our one-stop instant shopping prior to ordering we'll inform you if any items are custom, not returnable or made-to-order. Some pieces might also have a small restocking fee if returned.
Where does the furniture come from?
The furniture comes from a variety of high quality retailers, wholesalers and to-the-trade-only vendors that suit your budget.
How long before my furniture arrives & how will I be notified of updates?
Each piece will have it's own time frame estimate. We'll keep you updated with estimated shipping dates, tracking and any other order or shipping information via e-mail.
How does the shipping work?
Prior to ordering you'll approve the estimated shipping on your order. The final shipping will be adjusted up or down after all orders have been shipped and arrived. We'll keep you updated with estimated shipping dates, tracking and information.
How does price match guarantee work?
We do extensive research on each items retail price and price match so you get the best price available. If you find an item at a lower price, please provide a screenshot of the item with date, the vendor, at the lower price and we'll match it for you prior to your invoice being paid.
How do I pay for my furniture?
After you have received your designs and approved the pieces you want to buy, you will be sent a link where can pay for your new furniture all at once.
What is a Vision Board?
A Vision Board arrives with the ROOM-FIX plan and includes how your pieces will look together in your room.
What if I have more design questions?
Very soon we will launch our LET'S MEET service - If you would like extra design advice you can book 1/2 hr or 1hr Face time with us. You will soon also be able to purchase a DESIGN TIP which is an expert answer to your most pressing design question where two images of your room will be analyzed.
What if I want to return something?
If you don't love an item, we can help you coordinate to get the piece returned. The returns will happen in compliance with each vendor's return policy. Please be aware of any final sale items which will be noted on your invoice as we may not be able to return those. You can e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Always when returning an item make sure to have the item in it's original packaging.
What if something arrives broken or is the wrong item?
If you receive a piece that is incorrect or arrives broken we will help coordinate returns. You can e-mail email@example.com to request a return. Always when returning an item make sure its in it's original packaging, and include photos of any damage.
